What is our Mission?
ScholarFund.org is a non-profit incorporation based in New York City. Our mission is to a) help educational scholarship donors easily set up and manage scholarships and help students easily find and apply for scholarships, b) promote the creation of new scholarship opportunities, and c) help youth build self-esteem and pursue personal advancement through scholarship opportunities.
How do we get Funding?
ScholarFund.org got started in 2011 by the generous donations from our Board of Directors to build out the online platform to be able to provide this service to the general public. It is our intent to make ScholarFund.org a self-sustainable online charity where each donor who sets up a scholarship with ScholarFund.org also pledges a percentage (usually 5-15% ) of the scholarship to help maintain the platform and further ScholarFund.org’s mission.
